The monument located at Taman Jubli Emas Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah was designed and built by President Sign Sdn Bhd. Total height of this monument is 20 meter and built with material of "Solutions Architectural Ornament (SAO)" and covered with 7 layers of cat "weather shield" for weather
protection.

Symbolization of the "Keris Diraja", Cokmar Diraja, dan "Tengkolok Sultan Kedah Darul Aman" representing of "Kedaulatan Sultan memayungi rakyat Negeri Kedah Darul Aman". The motive on the monument represent of "rakyat Negeri Kedah yang berbilang kaum bersatu padu memajukan Negeri Kedah".
