6. Registration of Company / Business

Registration of Business need to be done before apply for the premises and signboard license. It will take ten days to search the available name when customer already giving few choices of company name to be selected. After that, it will take about 1-2 weeks to register and print out the A & D Forms (R.O.B).

Registration of a company will need the information of share allotment for each director in the company if there are more than 1 owner.
